Heading North on the Maine turnpike: Find your way to Interstate 95 north; if you're in Boston the signs start at Logan or downtown; from Manchester take 101 east to Portsmouth where it intersects I 95. I 95 becomes the Maine Turnpike; stay on I-95 until you reach exit 52 in Falmouth.; take this exit, the Falmouth spur which will take you to I - 295 north. Take I - 295 north. Stay on the Pike until you reach Bath/Brunswick exit 28 (says Coastal Route). Bath/Brunswick ramp intersects U. S. 1. Stay on 1 until Rockland (you have passed through or by Brunswick, Bath, Wiscasset, Damariscotta, and Waldoboro). Follow Route 1 North through Rockland (about one hour); we are 3 miles north on the ocean side of Route 1 in Glen Cove.
